Once again, the harbingers of moral purity are beside themselves with the creation of a child's tale they claim destroys the fundamental tenets of theology forming the foundation of American society. Like the fag purple teletubby and the cocaine addicted Mighty Mouse before, this movie has struck a chord of the self-righteous. It is offensive and destructive, they proclaim. They need to find better things to do with their time.

Truly an unusual group, these Christians. They set themselves above all others with their self proclaimed piety. They follow an unknown god that supposedly spoke to a few people who wrote down what they thought he meant. With that scripture they set out to rule the world.They brought their presence to bear with the power of mighty armies and the iron fist of the christian cross. Anyone or anything that defied them was to be swept away into eternal damnation. The golden Compass only touches of the horrible atrocities committed by the Christian church in the name of their vain and paranoid god. These are the people who destroyed the great library of Alexandria where the knowledge of the ancients were stored. They burned all the records on Easter Island that told of the ancient times in South America. They nearly performed genocide on the indians of Cuba because they rejected the christian belief. The rape, pillage and plunder of South America by the Spanish under the control of the Holy Roman church is unequalled in human history. Worse yet was the knowledge and historical documents they destroyed in their murderous conquests. The church to this day is rife with homosexual baby raping pedophiles that practice their black arts with impunity. The amazing thing is that people still offer up their sons and daughters to these monsters.
